Hi! Iām Annie Minkler
a Nor-Cal-based makeup artist, eyebrow expert, and licensed cosmetologist. I designed my services for the everyday girl who wants to look flawless in the morning and maximize her time in bed before the day starts.
My goal is to help all the boss babes, busy mammas, and ladies juggling both, feel beautiful when they wake up in the morning. Looking your best translates into confidence, and we all deserve to be the most confident and best version of ourselves.
For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be in the beauty industry. At 19 years old I enrolled myself in Chico Beauty College, I quickly realized that hair was not the path for me. I found myself drawn to the makeup and aesthetic side of the industry.
It was there that I pursued my passion by taking makeup lessons and jumping in feet first as a freelance makeup artist in West Hollywood.
From there, I returned to Chico to work at The Powder Room, a high-end beauty boutique. Where I learned alongside Cassandra Pierro the art of wedding makeup and eyebrow threading. I was the makeup artist for LuLus.com for a year and a half and have done catalog and video shoots for build.com and various other companies here in Chico. After almost three years at The Powder Room, I started taking clients on my own. I became 2x certified in brow lamination from Lacquer Brow and Thuya NYC Professional Brow line.
I continue to take classes and training in makeup and brows every year to make sure my skills and techniques are up to date and bring the best results to all of my clients.
